Returns & Exchanges 


We offer returns on most of our products in order to be exchanged. This can be anything for the wrong size ordered, the wrong colour, a damaged or defective product has been delivered. The reasons for returns and exchanges can be varied but we will do our best to accomodate you.

Items must be returned before replacements or exchanges can be shipped.

We do not offer returns on products that have been dedicated, modified or created specifically to order. 



We offer a guarantee on all our products as long as they are defective in some way. If you placed an order by mistake, we will happily refund your order within twenty minutes of placing the order. Outside of that window, we are happy to return and exchange products as above, or provide you with store credit. 


Lost Orders

In the case that your order is lost by the courier or postal service, please contact us and we will do all that we can to do ensure that you receive your items.
